Choosing care for someone you love is personal, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
At EverCare, you get real guidance from real people—so you can understand your options, ask the right questions, and move forward with confidence.

Greg Sarlo is the Founder and CEO of EverCare Placement, a concierge senior care guidance company built to help families navigate care decisions with clarity, dignity, and protection.
Greg founded EverCare after seeing firsthand how fragmented, confusing, and often misaligned the senior care system can be—especially for families making decisions under pressure. Rather than creating another referral directory or sales-driven model, he built EverCare to work solely for the family, offering informed guidance, advocacy, and continuity throughout the care journey.
A Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Greg brings a business-minded approach to senior care without losing sight of the human impact behind every decision. His background in marketing, sales, and business development has shaped EverCare into a structured, accountable organization—one that values relationships, transparency, and follow-through as much as outcomes.
Greg’s commitment to senior care is deeply personal. Some of his earliest memories include playing Gin Rummy with his grandmother—moments that taught him the importance of connection, presence, and honoring life’s transitions. Those early lessons were later reinforced in a more difficult way, as Greg advocated firsthand for his grandfather during a hospital stay, witnessing ageism and systemic breakdowns that too often leave seniors unheard.
Those experiences shaped how Greg leads EverCare today: with warmth, protectiveness, and a firm belief that seniors deserve time, respect, and advocacy—not rushed decisions or compromised care.
Through EverCare Placement, Greg remains focused on raising the standard for how families are supported—by building systems that work, advocating when it matters most, and ensuring seniors are treated with the respect they’ve earned.
